and noticed on. TPM 16'01'2. Recorded Parcel Map 1001'2
as required by Section, 6641,1.,1 of the Government Code.
2. Said Covenant consists of the following improvements:
Construction of private easement road wLthin the easement
from Parcel-3~to--Poway Road;
Installation of a: minimum water supply pipe to serve this
minor subdivision.
Installation of a 'fire hydrant and the providing of an
adequate water supply.

The work has been completed.

Said improvements, have been installed' to the satisfaction
of the City Engin~er.

and effect.
