I. Pursuant to the SUbdiv,isionMap Act of ..the State of California
and Division I of Title 8 "Subdivision of Lands", of the poway
Regulatory Ordinances, Peter Larsen
did enter into a Covenant of Improvement Requirements recorded
May 19, 1980, as Document No.. 80-164354
and noticed onTPM 162'65, .Recorded' Parcel Map 10057
as required by Section 66411.1 of the Government Code.
2. Said Covenant consists of the JollO:>ling .,.improvemen,ts:
Construction of private easement road within the easement
from Parcel 3 to Poway Road.
Installation of a fire hydrant and the providing of an
adequate water supply.
3. The work has been completed.
4. Said improvements have been installed to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer.
5.. The, aforementioned Covena.nt is therefore of no further force
and effect.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City of Poway
nor this notice constitutes a. waiver of any defects in the
worth of the construction or installation of said improvements.
