RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Pursuant ,to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California,
and Division I of ~itie 8 "Subdivi~iori of L~nds", of the Poway
Regulatory Ord'ina'nces.. Willi-amJ. Eld'erand Norman. K. Elde,r
did enter into a Covenant 'of Improvement Requirements recorded'
May 1, 1980 " a:s ,Document No. 80-1'47959
and noticed on'TPM '16124, Recorded Parcel Map 10013
as required by Section 66411.1 of the Gov,erril11entCode.
2. Said Covenant consists of the following improvements:
Construction o.f priya,te easement road within the easement
from. Parcel 3 to:~owa:y Road.
Installation of a minimum water supply pipe to serve this
minor subdivision,.
Installation of a ,fire hydrant and the providing of an
adequate water su~ply.
3. The work has been completed.
4. Said improvements have been installed to the satisfaction
of the City Engine'e:r,.
5. 'The afor,ementioned Covenant is therefore of no further force
and effect.
6. Neither acceptance, of said improvements 'by the City of poway
nor this. notice constitutes a waiver of any, defects in the
wor,th of the- construction or ins'ta1lation of said improvements.
