ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF POWAY
FREEMAN ANNEXATION
WHEREAS" the prapert,y, descr-ibed in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, praperty must be 'within the Sewer Imprave~ent District to. receive
se~er serv~ce; and
WHEREAS, ,the City Coundl af the City af Pawa'y lias reviewed and cans ide red

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
