REED ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property d,e~eribed in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAs, praperty must De within the Sewer ImprOv:ement District to. receive
sew~r ~ervice; and
WHEREAS: ,the City Calln~ii of ,the City of Pm.JaY has'reviewed and cansidered
'the annexation af the praperty to. S'ewer Impravement Di'strict afthe City af Paway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ,IT,RESOr:VEDTHAT
1. The territary to. 6eanriexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2=. The cond-itfons of annexati'on 'are:
a. Ttrepayment af,the sum,af' $875 to, the' 'City of Paway
far the' right and: ',use af all existing,prap,erty, real and
personal af the Sewer Impravement:District.
b. The payment af ail .costs af said annexat,ion, including
but not .limitedt6, advertising, engineer.i!lg,. and
attorney's fees. .
3. The inclusian af the territary in the Sewi,r Improvement District
is in the best interestaf the land awners and: the City af Paway.

annexation is apr_oj.~ct that will not have a significant effect
