EXHIBIT "D"
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The license herein granted shall be subject to the following
additional terms and conditions:
l. The City of poway shall be solely responsible for the
construction and maintenance of the equestrian/
pedestrian trail.
2. The City of poway shall indemnify and hold harmless
the Grantor from any and all liability arising from
the use of said property as an equestrian/pedestrian
trail during the term of this license.
3. The City of poway shall upon notification from the
Grantor for removal of all trail accessories must
remove said accessories within 60 days from receipt
of notice.
