WHEREAS, the 6ity Council Df the City of Poway desires
to summiH'ily vacate a pm"tion of a stt"eet and utility
easement'. t'.8set'vat,jon in.acconjance with,tP,e PFocedut'es
provided therfbr in Chap~er 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
commencing at Section 3880, and
WHEREAS, a street and utili~y easement was reserved and
granted to th~, Poway ~unicipal Water District on Novemhet 13,
1975, recorded" as File/Page No. 75-317953,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Poway as follows:
