A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA ORDERINGTHE,SUMMARY VACATION OF A STREET

AND 43 OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TRACT NO 3842~2, MAP NO.., 9770

WHEj\EAS, the City Council of the Cj)y of Poway desires to
summarl'iy v'acate a street. reserVa:tion and, a. pub'lic service easement
in accordance with the procedures p,rovided ,therefor in Chapter 4,
Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and High~ays Code of the State of
California, commencing at Section 3880, and
WHEREAS, a street was reserved and deaicated to the County of
San Diego by the approval and recordat'ion o:t'Tract No. 3842-2, as
per Map No. 9770, recor~e.9_on August 26,_ 19,80, "lnd _, __ _. _
WHEREAS, by separate ins.trument, a sewer easement along Lots
42 and 43 of Tract No. 3842-2 was granted to Pornerado County Water
District, and recorded 017- ,May 19, 1980"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Poway,~s follows:
