ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO DEDICATE REAL
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC HIGH~A~ PURPOSES
ADAH LANE, SOUTH OF :POWAY ROAD

WHEREAS, on' January 26, 1976, there, was recorded an Irrevocable
Offer to Dedicate Real Property to the County of San Diego for
public highway purposes, for the southerly extension of Adah Lane,
and

WHEREAS, ,said Irrevocable Offer was not formerly accepted
for public highway purposes by the County of San Diego, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Government Code Section
7050 provides that an o~fer of dedication shall remain open and
may be accepted at any time by the City Council of the City
