LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot I, Section 26, Township 13 South, Range 2 West, San
Bernardino Meridian located in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of Cal ifornia, according to United States Government Survey
approved April 22, 1876 more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly line of said Section 26
with the centerline of the 60.00 foot traveled right of way for road
purposes as shown on Record of Survey Map No. 3582 fil ed in the Office of
the County Recorder for said County and State; thence along said centerline
North 89"11 '16" West 341.42 feet to the Southwest corner of the land
described in a deed to Edward M. O'Riva, et. ux, recorded May 12, 1958 in
Book 7077, Page 184 of Official, Records, said County and State, said point
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence retracing along said centerline
South 89"11 '16" East 140.00 feet to a point on..the West line of the East
201.42 feet of said Lot 1; thence Northerly along said line North 0"30'13"
East 51.00 feet to a point on a I ine parallel with and distant Northerly
51.00 feet from said centerline of Espola Road; thence Westerly along said
