MOBLING ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS;, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District too, receive
sewer service'; and
WHEREA13 , t~e City Council of the City of Poway-has. reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
poway.
'NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~T RESOLVED THAT
1. The territory to be. ,annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2 _ The conditions of anriexatlon are:
a. The p"ymeI1t 'of the Sum of $1,600.00 to the City of poway for
the, right a~d use ,of all existing ,property, real and personal
of the Sewer Improvement District.

3_ The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement District
is in the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
