its successors and assigns, the following described easement, 20.00 feet in width

Grantor's "eal prcrpgrty ,situated in the City of Poway" County of San Diego, State
ot California, which property is more. particularly described in the legal description
marked Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

appointed: Director of Safety Services. Grantee may erect, maintain, or use gates in
all f~nces or walls which now cross or may later cross any portion of said easement.
Grantor exp~essly warrants and represents that Grantor has the power to grant this
easement in 'accordance with its terms.
