WHEREAS, thepropeity,described in Exhibit A requires sewer servicei and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improv~_ment. District of the City of
P6way.
'NOW.! THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT;
1. The' territory to be' annexeq' is as 'd,e~cr.ibed in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions" ,6f' anhexatioh 'are:
