NOTICE OF VIOLATION
(Section 66499.36 of the Government Code)
. The City Council of the City of poway has determined that the
parcel of real property described below has been divided in
violation of the Subdivision Map Act and the provisions of the
San Diego County Code and ordinances of the City of poway adopted
pursuant thereto.
VIOLATION: The division of a parcel of real property for.
which a tentative and final subdivision map were required under
the provision of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinance to
be filed for record by the Recorder of San Diego County and the
sale of the parcels created by said division, where, at the time

of such division and sale, no final subdivision map had been
filed for record by said Recorder.
The parcel of real property whi'ch was divided and sold in
violation of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinance is
situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, consisting of approximately 280 acres and is more

particular'ly described in Exhibit !lAII , attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter described as
"the 280 acre parcel").
The 280 acre parcel comprises a portion of that certain parcel
of real property, consisting of approximately 750 acres, identified
as Parcel 2 of that certain Certificate of Compliance issued by
the Cirector of the Department of Planning and Land Use of San
Diego County, filed for record by the Recorder of San Diego County
on December 15, 1975, at File/Page No. 75-353802, Official Records,
San Diego County, California.
No building permit, grading permit nor any other permit shall
be issued, nor any approval granted, that is necessary to develop
the real property described in this Notice of Violation, unless
and until there has been .full compliance with the Subdivision Map
Act and provisions of the' ,Ci ty of poway Code and San Diego County
Code adopted pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act.
