-, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF POWAY
KENYON ANNEXATION
"WHEREAS, the property, described in Exhibit requires sewer service; and,
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Irnproyement District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, 'the City Council of the City. of poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhib~t A.

2. The conditions of annexation are:
a. The payment of the sum of $3,168.00 to the City of poway for
the right and use of all existing'property, real and personal
of the Sewer Improvement District..
b. The payment of 'all costs of said annexation; including but not
lirni ted to advertising, engineering 'and attorney I s fees.
3. The inclusion of the' territory in the Sewer ''Improvement District
is in the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
. 4. The annexation has been reviewed pursuant. to the. provisions of
r, the California Environmental Quality Ac~, as amended, and the
" annexation is a project that will not have a significant effect
on the environment. The "Notice of 'Exemption" supporting the
findings is attached hereto as ExhibitB.
5. No City tax split sh~~l occur due to -this annexation. The property
is wi thin the corpo;r~te.' boundary of the Cf:tyof ,poway and the
.annexation is to an improvement district within the City.
., 6. The annexa~ion of the territory describeq in Exhibit shall
become effective immediately tipoD p~ss~g~ of the Resolution.

, 7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
