Ord 140 ORDINANCE NO. 140
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY (ZC 84-02A)
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Poway has approved a
General Plan Amendment (GPA 84-02A) amending the land use designation
of the properties described below and owned by Standard Pacific of
San Diego from Residential Single Family 4, Residential Rural A,
and Residential Rural C to Planned Community; and
WHEREAS, The zoning classification of those properties should
also be changed to maintain consistency with the General Plan as
required by Section 65860 of the California Government Code; and
WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was conducted in
accordance with Section 65853, et seq., of the California Government
Code to consider this zone reclassification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of real properties described as the
following Assessor Parcel Numbers:
317-090-17, 31, 35 and 36
314-040-21
317-680-37 and 38
314-160-01, 08, 15-33 and 36-39
314-371-10 and 13
314-050-01, 02, 13, 17, 19, and 20
314-540-46
Portions of 314-371-12, 314-032-64, 314-050-18
and located on both sides of Twin Peaks Road, east of Pomerado Road,
west of Community Road, and north of Poway Road, and consisting of
approximately 660 acres, is hereby changed from Residential Single
Family 4 (RS-4), Rural Residential A (RR-A), and Rural Residential C
(RR-C) to Planned Community (PC).

Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Poway held the llth day of September, 1984 and
thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Council held the 18th day of September, 1984, by the following roll
call vote:
