7. Temporary overflow sections (dip sectians) acrass Old Caach Way
shall not be permitted due to. the lack of availab17 all-weather
alternate routes.
8. A registered civil engineer shall pravide hydralagy and hydraulic
studies to. the City Engineer shawing the adequacy af all existing
or proposed drainage culverts and ,facilitie's, under ar alang Old
Caach Way (from Old Coach Raad to Highland Valley Raad). All
drainage culver and facility design and cons'truction shall be to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer, and shall 9€ shown on
engineering plans to be provided to the City Engineer.
