MONTE VISTA ROAD, EAST OF POMERADO ROAD
WHEREAS, on April 10", 1975, there were ~ec9rded seyeral irrevocable
offers to dedicate real property to the County of San Diego for public
"highway purposes, for the eas'ter-ly extension of. Monte Vista Road, (formerly NO FEl
George, Russ Road), by the developer of Conditional Use Permit CUP-82-11, and
WHEREAS, said .irrevocable offers were, not formerly accepted for public
highway purposes by the County of San Diego, and
-, jWHEREAS" ',the. ,State o,f Cal'-ifornia-Government Code, 'Section 7050 provide"s
that an offer of,dedi:6atioD -shal.l "rema'in. open and may be accepted at any time
by the City Council of the city within which the real property is located at
the time of acceptance, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best public interest of ,the City of poway that
said irrevocable offers of ded~c~tion now be accepted for public highway
purposes to coincide with the; construction and improvement of Monte Vista Road.
NOW THEREFORE, the ci:fy.Council o'f the Ci'ty of' Poway does resolve,
