OF PORTIONS OF CERTAIN LOTS LYING WITHJ:N RANCHO POWAY, LE?UHTY F:EGO-'\DE~
UNIT, 1, SUBDIVISION, .MAP NO. 6118 '
WHEREAS', on the map of the Rancho Poway, Unit I, subdivision, recorded
on June 5, 1968, as Map No. 6118 in the Office of the County Recorder, there NO FEE
is offered for dedication for street purposes portions of certain lots lying ~\N
-within said subdivision, and r
WHEREAS, on said map the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego
rejected the offers of dedication for stree't purposes of portions of certain
lots, lying within said subd~vis~on as hereinafter more particularly described,
and
WHEF~AS, the ,State of California Government Code (Subdivision Map Act)
Sectfon. 66477.2(a) provides that a rejected offer of dedication shall remain
open and may be accepted by.reso1ution at any later date, and
WHEREJl..S, upon incorporation, the City of. ~Poway became the successor in
interest to the offer of dedication of said lots, and
WHEREAS, it. is in the best public interest of the city" of poway that
portions of_the certain lots .offered- for dedication now be accepted for
public use for street purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of poway does resolve,
determine, and 'order as follows:
1. The city of poway hereby rescinds the rejection of and does hereby
accept for public use for street purposes the following described
portions of certain lots within the Rancho poway, Uni~ 1, recorded
as Map No, 6118 on June 5, 1968, in the Office of the Recorder of
San Diego County, california:
a. That portion of Lot 3 as per Map No. 6118, shown thereon as
"Reserved for -Future Street." -
b, The south l40,~0 feet of Lot A. as per Map No, 6118, shown
thereon ,as "Reserved' for F_uture Street. II
c, The south 140,00 feet of Lot B as per Hap No, 6118, shown
thereon as "Reserved for Future Street. II

2. The City clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify
to the passage" of this resolution and. to cause its recordation
in the Office of the Recorder of San Diego county.
