NOTICE OF VIOLATION
(Section 66499.36 of the Government Code)
The City Council of the City of poway has deter-
mined that the parcel of real property described below has

been divided in violation of the Subdivision Map Act and the
provisions of the San Diego County Code and ordinances
of the City of poway adopted pursuant thereto.
VIOLATION: The sale of a parcel of real property
for which a parcel map is required under the provisions of
the Subdivision Map .Act and local ordinance to be filed for
record by the Recorder of San Diego County, before such
sale, where, at the time of such sale, no parcel map had
been filed for record by said Recorder.
The parcel of real property which was sold in
violation of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinance is
situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, consisting of approximately 7.6 acres, and is
more particularly described in Exhibit "A, n attached hereto
and incorporated herein (hereinafter described as "the 7.6
acre parcel").
The 7.6 acre parcel comprises a portion of that
certain parcel of real property, consisting of approximately

32.68 acres, identified as Parcel C-l of that certain
Certificate of Compliance issued by the Director of Planning
Services of the City of Poway, dated December 28, 1981, and
filed for record by the Recorder of San Diego County on
December 29, 1981, at File/Page No. 81-404576, Official
Records, San Diego County, California, and also identified
as San Diego County Assessor's Number 277-080-12.
No building permit, grading permit nor any other
permit shall be issued, ,nor any approval granted, that is
necessary to develop the real property described in this
Notice of Violation, unless and until there has been full
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and provisions of
the City of Poway Code and San Diego County Code adopted
pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act.
