NOTICE OF INTENTION TO NO FEE
RECORD NOTICE OF VIOLATION 1J-77'--
(Section 66499.36 of the'Government Code)
TO: Tom Liguori is owner of the following described property (see
Exhibit A attached hereto).
The City of Poway has knowledge that the real property described on
attached Exhibit A may have been divided in violation of the Sub-
division Map Act and ordinances enacted pursuant thereto by the
City of Poway.
The violation consists of the participation in the creation of more
than four parcels on contiguous property without following the major
subdivision process.
If you object to the recording of a Notice of Violation, you have a
period of sixty (60) days from the date of your receipt of a copy of
this Notice, to inform the, City of poway City Council of such objection.
If, within sixty days of your receipt of a copy of this Notice, your
objection is received by the City of Poway City Council, you may
present evidence why such Notice of Violation should not be recorded
by appearing before the City of Poway City Council, at the time,
date and place, as follows:
Time of Hearing: 7 p.m.
Date of Hearing: Tuesday, March 29, 1983
Place of Hearing: 13325 Civic Center Drive
Poway, CA 92064
If, within sixty days after your receipt of a copy of this Notice,
you fail to inform the City of Poway City Council of your objection
to the recording of a Notice of Violation, the City of Poway shall
record the Notice of Violation with the San Diego County Recorder
and the above-referenced hearing shall be cancelled.
The property which is the subject of this Notice, is attached hereto
as Exhibit A and incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
