RECORD NOTICE OF VIOLATION
(Section 664~9.36 of the Government Code)
TO: Barbara Heath Miller, a married woman as her sole and separate property
as to an undivided 38,43541% interest, Mabel Walters, an unmarried woman
as to an undivided 38.43541% interest and John Crnich and Patricia R. Crnich,
husband and wife as joint tenants as to an undivided 23,12919% interest,
are owners of the followin9 described property (see Exhibit A attached hereto),
The City of Poway has knowledge that the real property described on attached
Exhibit A may have been divided in violation of the Subdivision Map Act and
ordinances enacted pursuant thereto by the City of Poway,
The violation consists of the participation in the creation of more than four
parcels on conti9uouS property without following the major subdivision process.
If you object to the recording of a Notice of Violation, you have a period of
sixty (60) days from the date of your receipt of a copy of this Notice, to
inform the City of poway City Council of such objection. If, within sixty days
of your receipt of a copy of this Notice, your objection is received by the
City of Poway City Council, you may present evidence why such Notice of Violation
should not be recorded by appearing before the City of Poway City Council, at the
time, date, and place as follows:
