Ord 141 ORDINANCE NO. 141 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY (ZC 84-02B) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has approved a General Plan Amendment (GPA 84-02B) amending the land use designation of the propery owned by Lou Grubb and Dan Grubb from Residential Rural C to Commercial Community; and WHEREAS, the zoning classification of those properties should also be changed to maintain consistency with the General Plan as required by Section 65860 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was conducted in accordance with Section 65853, et seq., of the California Government Code to consider this zone reclassification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: The zoning classification of a portion of the real property described as Assessor Parcel Number 317-130-158 located on the north side of Poway Road, east of Toyota of Poway and consisting of aproximately 12.35 acres, is hereby changed from Residential Rural C (RR-C) to Commercial Community (CC). Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway held the llth day of September, 1984 and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 18th day of September, 1984, by the following roll call vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: EMERY, KRUSE, ORAVEC, SHEPARDSON, TARZY NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ATTEST: Marjorie K.
