EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
An easement for Equestrian/Pedestrian purposes over,
under, along and across a portion of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 13
South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the
City of Poway, State of California being more particul-
arly described as follows:
The Southerly 8.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter, of said Section 17.
Together with the Easterly 8.00 feet of said Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17,
excepting therefrom the Northerly 614.16 feet thereof.
