SEWER,IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT '
OF THE CITY OF POWAY "
JOHNSTON-TOWNSEND ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property.3escribed in Exhibit.A-requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, propertymust be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
..
jsewer service,; and _
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of. Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement. District of :the City of
Poway. _ .
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED that - -
. 1. The territory, be annexed is asdescribed. in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of; annexation are:, .
a. The payment of the sum of $480..00 to the City;of Poway ,for
the right 'and use of all existing property, real and personal
of 'the Sewer Improvement District.'
b,_ ,The payment.,of all costs of s'ai•d';annexation,'including but not
limited•,-to:advertising-, engineering,and attorney's fees.
