SEWERt •IMPROVEMENT; .DISTRICT'
OF THE CITY OF'POWAY
PINCZES: ANNEXATION'
WHEREAS, the' property described in Exhibit "A" requires .sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be;within the.Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service;. and.
WHEREAS, the City Council of. the City of Poway. has.;revewed"and considered
the annexation of the`- property to Sewer Improvement District of the C'-ty of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE,:BE IT RESOLVED that
1.. The .territory to, be annexed,;is as described in Exhibit "A".
2. The conditions of annexation are:
a. The,,payment of the sum ,of $.400'.,00 ,toy the City of. Poway for
theright and,useof all existing property, real -and personal
of'the.Sewer 'Improvement District.
b. The�payment of all costs of said annexation„ including but not
limited to advert sing,,engineering and attorney"s fees.
3: The inclusion -of the territory in the Sewer Improyement District
is in the best interest,of the land owners and the City of Poway.
4. The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to' -the provisions of
-the California Environmental Quality:Ac't,, as amended, and the
.annexation is a project that will, not have a significant,effect
on the environment. The "Notice of Exemption' supporting the
findings is, attached hereto -as Exhibit "B''.
5: No City taxisplit shall occur due.to' this annexation. .The 'property
'i s' within the: corporate boundary of the City of; Poway and the
aniiezation...rs,;to an improvement 'district within"the City-:.
6. ,The ..annexation�of the territory described in.'Exhibit "A" shall
become effective immediately°upoh passage of ',the:Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings, required by law.
