That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 13 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, according to United States Govern-
ment Survey approved September 21, 1875, in the Ci ty of Poway, County of
San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter' corner of :sa,id Sechon,32; thence Northerly
along the 'v(es terl}i, J:,i'neofsai d, Ncrthwes t' "Quarter' ,of Section 32,
North 05027'25" West, 17,38 feet to a point 'in a 48.00 foot radius curve
concave Westerly, a radial line of said curve bears South 07048'39" East
to said point, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North-
easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 175017'32"
a distance of 146.85 feet to a point in said Westerly line of the North-
west Quarter of Section ,32; thence Southerly along said Westerly line,

excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein described right-of-way where required for the con,
struction and maintenance of said City, Highway, RESERVING unto grantor of the above described parcel of land,
hi's successors or assigns, the right to eliminate such slopes and/or drainage structures or portions thereof, when in the
written opinion of .the', 'C:ilty",':r, District Engineer of Grantee, the necessity therefore is removed by substituting
other protection, support and/or drainage facility, provided such substitution is first approved in writing by said
Engineer(s),
The Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee all trees, growths (growing or that may hereafter growl, and road building
materials within said right-of-way, including the right to take water, together with the right to use the same in such
manner and at such locations as said Grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary, in the construction, reconstruction,
improvement or maintenance of said highway,
The Grantor, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for any and all damages to Grantor's re-
maining property contiguous to the right-of-way hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction, landscaping
or maintenance of said highway,
