California, hereinafter called GRANTEE, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway upon, over and
across that certain real property in the: CITY ,OF POWAY' ,State of California, described as follows:
Parcel No. 81-0794-A (8-6-81) (SC:LT:ab)
That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 13 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to United States Government Survey, approved
September 21, 1875, included in that land described in deed to Pomerado
Investment Co. recorded July 21, 1958, in Book 7175, Page 298 of Official
Records in the Offi ce of the County Recorder of said County of San Di ego,
lying within a 112.00 foot wide strip of land, the sidelines of said strip
lying 56.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of said Southeast Quarter
of Section 31 and the centerline of the County Road known as Espola Road
(R.S. 335) as s~id Road is described in said Pomerado Investment Co. deed;
thence Southerly along the centerline of said Espola Road (R.S. 335),
South 01"03' 16" East, 200.00 feet to a POINT OF TER~lINUS.
EXCEPTING that portion lying within said Espola Road (R.S.335).

materials within said right-of'way, including the right to take water, together with the right to use the same in such
manner and at-such locations as said Grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary, in the construction, reconstruction,
improvementor maintenance of said highway, '
The Grantor, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for any and all damages to Grantor's re-
maining property contiguous to the right-of-way hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction, landscaping
