Trunk Sewer contracted with Thibodo Construction Company, Inc. has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications and has been accepted by the
City Council of the City of poway on March 9, 1982.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Notice of Completion has been executed under authority
