granted on, under, or aver this easement \-:i thout obtain'ing the
priar written consent of GRANTEE.
GRANTEE may at a'1ytime increase its use of the easement, change
the location of pipelines or other facilities within the
boungaries of the easement right of way, or modify the s~ze of
existing conduits or other improvements as it may 'determi'1e in
its sole discretion from time to time without paying -any
additi:onal compensation to GRANTOR or GRANTOR's heirs,
successors, or assigns, provided GRANTEK daes not expand its use
of the easement beyond the easement boundaries described above.,

or interpret the provisions 9r performance of this easement, the
prevailing partyshal], be entitled to. an, award' of all attorney's
