PARI'IAL RELEASE WITH RESPECT TO LIMITATION OF WATER SERVICE

On September 22, 1976, there was recorded with the San Diego County Recorder at
File/Page No. 76-310797 an Acknowledgement With Respect to Limitation of Water
Service relating to certain described lots within the boundaries of the PCWAY
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
Since September 22, 1976, the obligations which require the limitation of water
service have been satisfied with respect to the hereinafter described lots.
On November 4, 1980, the City of Poway incorporated. Conditipn 3b of the Terms
and Conditions of Incorporation states "The City of poway shall be the successor
to the poway Municipal Water District..... for the purpose of succeeding to all
the rights, duties, are obligations of the extinguished districts...."
Accordingly, the CITY OF PCWAY releases the following described lots from the
limitations described in said Acknowledgement With Respect to Limitation of Water
Service: ~yrrond M, Baker and Linda '1. Baker,husband and lvife
Lot 2Bof iWrN"PEAKs I.i1t.he County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map. thereof No. 7332, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego eounty
June 28, 1972.
