GRANT OF OPEN, SPACE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, on February 21, 197.9, a Grant of ,Open Space Eas"ement to the County
of 'San Diego was recorded, at, Fi'le/Page No,. 79-075913 in Official Records o,f
San Diego County, Cal ifornia, and the City of Poway, through its incorporation,
is the successor in interest to the County of San Diego, and
WHEREAS, on June 10, 19?3, a Corrected Grant of Dpe.Q Space Easement to the
City Qf Poway was recordeg,at File/Page No. 83-195J99 in Official Records
of San Diego County, Cal Vpr;nia, to correct an erl7or, in the ] ega I descri pti on
of the open space easement contained in the original document, and
WHEREAS, the said Gl'ants pf Open Space Easement c!JntCiin vari,ous restrictions
and conditions which affect the use of portions or the real property covered
by the easements, and '
WHEREAS, the City of Poway ("Grantee"~) -and.th'e cur-rent owner ("Grantor") of
a portjon of said, rea I proper:tyaffected by s,a,id open space easements
mutua 11y desir,e to ,amend s,a i,drestri cti ons and cond i tj ons to allow access
to sa,id property ,across the open space easement. '
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree and the Grantor herebY covenants and
agrees for Grantor and Grantor's successors and assigns as foll ows:

designated representative, EXCEPT as herein
