The Lutheran Church of the Incarnation of Sari Die 0 County, California,
hereinafter designated Grantor s ; represent that The Lutheran Church of the
Incarnation of San Diego Courity" California, the"own~r(s}, of real property in
the City of Poway, County of 'San Diego, State of California, described as (See
Legal Description Exhibit "A"'Attached) agree(s) to grant access for purpose
of reciprocal vehicular parking and ingress and egress to the owners of real
property in the City of Powily';' County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly described as St.John of Damascus Orthodox Church (See Legal
De'scription Exhibit "B" Attached) .
The exact location and width of the common access between the subject properties
shall be as described in Exhibit "c" attached. The, cost of design, improvement,
and ,maintenance of said accesl3 shall be borne by St., 'John of Damascus Orthodox
Church and The Lutheran Church of the Incarnation as described in Exhibit "C".
The properties in which this access:and parking easement is granted are situated
in the County of San Diego, State' of California, as described in Exhibit "A" and
Exhibit IIBi1 attached.

EXHIBIT "C"
The following is a maintenance agreement for the afore-described easement:
St. John of Damascus Orthodox Church to maintain an asphalt strip 15' wide
along the ,easterly property line from the curb @Espola Road, north 120'.
The Lutheran Church of the Incarnation to maintain a 20' wide strip of
asphalt along their westerly property line from the curb @ Espola Road,
north 120'.
Grantors shall not erect, place, construct or p~rmit to be erected any
buildings or structures except pavement and curbing for ingress and egress
to properties.
This easement shall be binding upon agents, assigns, or successors in
interest of 'Grantors and Grantees.
