WHEREAS, there has been requested the v"ca,tion of the
hereinafter described utility easement reservation, and
WHEREAS, on May 1, 19.84, the City Council of the City of
poway declared its intent-ion, to vacate the ,saig utility easement
reservation by its passage, of City Council Resolution No. 84-028,
and
WHEREAS, on May 2:2, 19.84,' a duly advert:ised and posted public
hear,ing was held on ,the vacation request,
NOW THEREFORE-;-BE-IT-RESOI:'vED by-the_City_Council of the City
of poway as follows:
1. The City Council hereby finds that

c. The utility easement reservation is not

2. Pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of
the State of Ca:liofornia ,Streets & Highways Code,

Records, lying within the boundary of Parcel 1
of Parcel Map No. 10986, filed on February 12,
1981, in the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, (Assessor Parcel ~o. 317-031-58),
~nd lying within those portions of Block 28 of
Tract "F" of the "Map of Poway"~ according to
map thereof No. 536, filed in the office of the
said County Recorder, on May 7, 1888, together
with portions of the south half ,of Sixth Street
and the westerly half of Pomerado Road (formerly
Esco~dido Avenue) and of the alley lying between
said Block 28 and Lot 29, as said alley was
vacated, lying southerly:of the centerline of
said Sixth Street, lying westerly of the west
line of said pomerado Road, lying northerly of
a line which is 60 feet south 'of and parallel
with the centerline of said Sixth Street, and
lying easterly of the.we~_line of the said
alley and its northerly projection thereof
(Assessor Parcel No. 317-031-56).
3. That the City Clerk of the City of poway is hereby
directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 22ndday of May, 1984.
