the CITY OF POWAY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter "GRANTEE", its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for open space, and historical
p'reservati on purposes, over, under, across, ,and through the 1'011 owi ng

All that portion of Lot 60 of County of Siln Diego Tract No. 3864,
accordi ng to map thereof No. 9766 , fil ed in the offic,e< of the
County,Recorderof -San' Di,ego County on ~ugust 20, 1980, .lying
within the arc of a circle, having a radiu's of 75.00 feet, the
radius point of which~circle is described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 60, thence
northwesterly along the arc of a curve, concave south~lesterly
ilnd having a radius of 730.00 feet, through a: central angle of
40 59' 19" an arc distance of 63.56 feet; thence, North 690 46'
17" West, 98.17 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 793.,00 feet; a radial through
