A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 'COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, C~IFORNIA
VACATING AND .ABANpONING AN EASEMENT
FOR OPEN SPACE PURPOSES ,ON PROPERTY
ON LARRY STREET, EAST OF LUIS STREET
(VACATION NO. 83-0'1)
WHEREAS, there has' been requested the vacation of the hereinafter
described open space easement, and
WHEREAS, ,~m ~overilbet~ 15, 1983, the S:l-,Y,.S0l)nci1 '2f the City of
poway delcared its intention to vacate the sald open space easement, and
WHEREAS, on December '13, 1983, a duly advertised and posted public
hearing was held, and
WHEREAS, no significant environmental effects were determined and a
Negative Declaration is hereby issued, and
WHEREAS, it appears to this Council that said hereinafter described
open 'space easement is not needed for present and/or prospective use;
_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 'RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

thereof No, 7578 filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San D~ego County as described in the
Corporati~n Easement De~d recorded on December 14, 1978,
at File/Page No. 78-537906 of Official 'Records,
San Diego ~6un~y, California.
.~aidaopen space easement affects Parcel 2 of Parcel Map
. 'i, 'Ilo'. ,84'46", recorded on February 22, 1979 in the office
of said County Recorder (Assessor Parcel No. 314-580-41),
2. This vacation shall not affect the easements for open space
described ,in the Grant of Open Space, Ea,sement (corrected)
recorded on June 10, 1983, at File/page 83-195199 of Official
Records, San Diego, California. .
