WH.ER:EAS, the property described in Exhibit: A :.requires sewer service,; and
WHEREAS, property must b~ wi thin the Sewer ,Improvement District" to r~-ce'ive
sewer :service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of
the annexation of the property to
Poway.
the City. of Powayhas reviewed and considered
Sewer Improvement District of the City of
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
1. The territory to be ,annexed is as described in Exhibit 'A
2. The conditfons of annexation are:
a. The pay~ent of the sum of $400.00 to the City of Poway for
the right and use, of all existing property, real and. personal
of the .Sewer Improvement District.
b. The payment of ail costs of said annexation, including -but not
limited to a9.vertising, engineering and attorney I s fees'.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the ~?wer Improvement District
is in the best interest of the land' owners and' the City of Poway.
~. The annexation ha's been revlewed pursuant to the provisions of
the California Environmental Quality ~ct, as amended, and the
annexation is" a project that will not ',have a significant effect
on .the envi~QI}IJ:le~t. The "Notice o"f Exemption" supporting the
findings 1's attached hereto as Exhibit B.
5. No City tax s}21i t shall occur due to., thi~ annexation. The proper't7Y
is within the corporate boundary of th.e City of poway and 'the
annexation is .to. 'an' iI1.1p.rove~eDt qistrict wi thin the Crty.
6. The anry"ex~t~on of the t.eiri tory described in Exhioit A shall
become. effective imrnediatelyupon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the, necessary filings required by law.
