AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING BY REFERENCE SAN DIEGO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESOLUTION NO. 25 (JANUARY 7, 1981),
ORDINANCE NO~. 5965, 5966, 5967, 596~ (NEW ~ERIE§)
WHEREAS On December 1, 1980 the City Council Adopted Ordinance No. 1
which provided for County Ordinances then in effect which were appliciaable
to the City of Poway to remain in full force and effect for 120 days.
Since that date, the County of San Diego has adopted certain other
Resolutions and Ordinances which are applicable to the City of Poway
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
The following items are adopted by reference:
a. Resolution No. 25, January 7, 1981, entitled
A RESOLUTION PRESCRIBING MINISTERIAL CONSTRUCTION
PERMIT FEES AS AUTHORIZED BY THE COUNTY CODE.
b. Ordinance No. 5965 (New Series) entitled
AN ORDINANCE ADDING DIVISION 8
ESTABLISHING A COUNTY MECHANICAL
CODE TO TITLE 5 OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY CODE
c. Ordinance No. 5966 (New Series) entitled
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 1 AND 2 OF DIVISION 3,
TITLE 5 OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY CODE
RELATING TO THE COUNTY PLUMBING CODE
d. Ordinance No. 5967 (New Series) entitled
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS
IN CHAPTER 2 OF DIVISION 1 OF TITLE 5
OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY CODE
RELATING TO THE COUNTY BUILDING CODE
e. Ordinance No. 5968 (New Series) entitled
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 52.203
AND AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS IN
CHAPTER 5 OF DIVISION 2 OF TITLE 5
OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY CODE
RELATING TO THE COUNTY ELECTRICAL CODE

Section 2. Said documents shall be on file in the City Clerk's office
as documents numbered 4 - 8 respectively.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after
its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause it to be posted in three places pursuant to Resolution
No. 2 adopted December 1, 1980.
Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Poway held the 3rd day of February, 1981, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 10th
day of February, 1981, by the following vote:
