wHEREAS, the cttyC:::ouncil of ,the C,.ity of poway desires tosum~
marily vac'ate acertatn,public seryice easement tn accordance with
the procedures, pro,v:ldedinChapter 4, pa~rt 3., Division 9 of the
Streets and Highway 'Code of the State of Ca'lifornia, commencing at
Section 8330; and
WHEREAS, an equestrian and pedestrian trail within the
following legal df3script;j.on was dedicated ts the City oJ p'oway per
Parcel Map 1,2585 recCJrded ,on February 25" 1'9'83 in the office of the
County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of poway as follows:
1, This summary vacation is made undf3r .the provl.sl.ons of
Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
2. The City Co~ncil hereby finds that thf3herein described
equestrian and' pedestrian trail, easement has been super-
sededby relocation and there are not other publicfacili-
ties' within the'easement.
3. The City Council hereby declares ~hat the following
described ,eques,trian and, pedestrain trail easement is
hereby vacated,:
That portiop of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map ,12585 situat~ed in

County Recorder on February 25, 1983, being further
