PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP i2585

WHEREAS, the, 'City Council, of the Ci.ty of poway desires to ,sum-
marily vacate a certa'in public service easement in accordance with
the procedures provided ,in Chapter 4, part 3, Division 9 of the
Streets and Highways' Code of the State of California, commencing' at
Section 8330; and
WHEREAS, an emergenc~ access easement wit!}iIJ. the following
legaldesci,iptionwasdedicated to the City of Po way per Parcel ,Map
1258'5 recorded as File 8'3-060394 on Eebruary 25" 1983 in the office
of the County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of poway as follows:
1. This summary vacat,ion is made linderthe provisions of
,Chapter .LPart" '3, Div.isioIl,9 ,of~the streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
2. The CityCounc.il hereby finds tha't the herein described
emergency access easement has not been used :for the purpose
for which it: was dedicated or acquired for five consecutive
years immediately ,preceding this vacation action,
3, The City Council, hereby declares, that the following des-
cribe'd water easement is hereby vacated:

Parcel, Map'H585 as granted on said parcel map reCorded in
the office of the county Recorder as file 83-060394 on
February 25, 1983.
