Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act, Notice is given
that I hereby certify that the County of San Diego Trac't 3842-3, according to
the Map thereof No. 9771, in the City of Po way, Comity of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of saia County on August
26, 1980, is in error in that the following changes in the charac ter of the
monuments called for on said map are noted below an,d a,e in error or were
omi tted and are correc'ted in accordance with Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act or Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
1. All "set" monuments noted on said map are changed from R.C.E. 18342 to L.S.
4497.
2. Lots 87 through 100 inclusive were not monumented. This portion has been
re-subdivided by Map No. 11844.
3. The centerline monument located on Via De Las Joyas South 56 30'00" West,
100.00 feet from the centerline intersection of said street and Paso Del Vinedo
has been set at, a 5.00 foot offset on said centerline North 56 30'00" East of
the true position due to the construction of a 'sewer manhole. The centerline
monument at the end of curve adjacent to the north corner common to lots 103
and 104 has been moved North ,83 30'00" West, 5.00 feet from the true position
due to the construction of a sewer manhole.
