certain public service easem,ent in accordance wi,th the procedures provided in
ttiapter4, Part 3, Divisjon 9.of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
Ca 1 i fornia, conrnenci ng at Sec'ti'on 8330; and .
. WHEREAS, the drai nage easement in Lots,24? and248 of Oi ty of Poway Tract
No. 4191-3BR, Map No, 12082 .wasdedicated to and acc,epted bygid City through
the fil ing and recordat,ion of the final map of said. Map No. 12082 on May '2],
1988 in the office of the County Recorder; and

California.
2. 1M City Council hereby finct's that the hereinbelow described draTnage
