covenants and agrees for the benefit of the CITY, to' abide by conditions of the
attached resolution (Exhibit B).

In the event that Development Review 88-21 expires or is rescinded by City

WHEREAS, Development RevJew 88-21, submitted by Donald Patch, requests
approva 1 of adeve lopmerit revi ew to allow the con s.truction of 13 s i ng1 e-family
flomes within TTM 87-11. The subdivision is located at the. terminus of 'Merritt
Park Lane', in the RS-4 and RS-7 zones; and
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1988, the City Council held a hearin<.fon the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: Environmental Findfngs:
The City Council fin~s that no new impacts beyond those discussed w(thin the
