val of Development .Review 88-18 by the City of Poway ("CITY" hereinafter), 'OWNER
thereby covenants and agrees for the benefit of the CITY, to 'abide by conditions
of the attached resolution (Exhibit B),
This Covenant shall run with the land and be. bi.nding upon and inure to the
benefit of the future owners, ehcumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal
representatives, transf'erees and assigns of the respective parties,
