WHEREAS, the City Counci I of the Ci ty of poway desi res to surrrnari ly vacate a

WHEREAS, a street within the attached legal description titled "Exhibit A"

County Retorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City' Council of the City of poway as
follows:
1. This surrrnary vacatioilis made under the,provjstons, of Chapter 4, Part
3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of

2. The City Council hereby finds that the herei'n described street has been
