The Special Meeting of the Poway City Council and Poway Redevelopment Agency was
called to order by Mayor Higginson at 9:02 a.m.

City Attorney Item:
Mayor Higginson called for a Closed Session as requested by Gity Attorney Foster and the
City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 9:08 am. Steve Boehmer of the law fi�m
McDougal, Love, Eckis, Smith, Boehmer & Foley attended the Closed Session. City Attorney
Foster advised there will be no reportable action on the Closed Session item.
