'5004, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 3, 1962, and which is commonly
known as Assessor's Parcel Number 2;'5,390-16 (''PROPERTY''hereiriafter), In consideration of the approval
by the City of Poway of the conversion,of445 square feet of the detached garage to be legally used as guest
,- quarters, OWNER hereby agrees to abide by conditions as follows:
1, All necessary building'permits to legalize this existing conversion to habitable space shall be
obtained within 120 days,
2. The guest quarters shall never be rented or leased as'a separate unit from the main house,
3, No kitchen facilities shall ever be installed,
4. No more, than one guest 9uart!rs s_h,all be permitted on the,lot.

This Covenant.shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the future
owners, encumbrancers, slJccessors, heirs, personal rep,esentatives, transferees and assigns of the
respective parties,
In the event that this approval is rescinded by City Council at.the request of the OWNER, CITY shall
expunge this Covenant from the reco,d.title of the PROPERTY,
In the event of litigation to enforce the provisions of this Covenant, the prevailing party shall be entitled
to full reimbursement of all costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, from the'other party:
