This Covenant .shall run with the ,land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of .thCfuture

In the.event that building"permitsare never obtained to construcUhe proposed guest house atthe
request of the OWNER, the CITY shalLexpunge this Covenant from the record title of the PROPERTY,
