It is understood that during the construction phase of the proposed sewer that no more than six (6) trees in the southerly end of the easement that are greater than~ 3 inches in diameter and less than 7 inches in diameter will be removed. Also, that .no trees greater than 7 inches in diameter will be removed from the, easement durirfg"the construction phase.
