RESOLUTION NO. 95
NO FEE:
WHEREAS, on January, 13, 1981, the City Council of the City of poway did
adopt Resolution No. 30 which accepted previously rejected Subdivision Street,
and
WHEREAS, d'escription..in said Resolution was in error and was subsequently
recorded as File/Page No. '81-083750.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows,
1. The City Council rescinds the action of the Board of Supervisors
of November 13, 1973 in connection with.'the final map of poway Mesa
Unit No.4" Map No. 7795, rejecting the' offer of dedication of the
following descri.bed property for use as a street and accepts on behalf
of the pubiic for use as a street the said following described
property:
Portion of, Lots 274 and 275 reserved for future street.
2. That said street is named Triumph Drive..
3. That the City Clerk record a copy of this Resolution in the office
of the County Recorde~ of San Diego County.

4. That Resolution No. 30 of the City Council of the City of poway is
hereby rescinded.
